It is a full-featured web-based fleet and vehicle rental management system, built for a Hebrew (and Arabic) speaking rental business to replace manual, paper-based tracking with a centralized digital platform. It handles everything from vehicle inventory and client records to rental agreements, maintenance scheduling, and financial documents — all within a fully right-to-left (RTL) interface tailored to Hebrew-speaking users.

  • Centralized dashboard summarizing fleet status: vehicles in maintenance, rented, available, and unreturned.
  • Full vehicle registry with insurance, license, and maintenance tracking per car.
  • Automated alerts that flag vehicles with expiring or expired insurance and licensing, color-coded by urgency.
  • Client management with rental history linked to each customer.
  • Debt and charge tracking with the ability to generate rental agreements, waivers, and payment letters.
  • Built-in digital signature pad so clients can sign contracts directly on screen.
  • Fully RTL, Arabic-Hebrew-language interface designed around the day-to-day workflow of a rental office.

This system was designed to solve a real operational problem: rental staff needed a single, reliable place to track vehicle status, renewals, clients, and paperwork instead of juggling spreadsheets and paper files. Building it meant thinking beyond code! mapping out the actual daily workflow of a rental office, then translating that into a clean, RTL dashboard with proactive alerts so nothing slips through the cracks.
